1. To begin with, what are the evolving roles of data analysts in today’s landscape? How variable data projects can help companies grow?

In today’s context Data Analysts is multi-faceted personnel - A Strategist, Business Problem solver, Communicator and a bridge across the organization.

Currently, Data drives growth in all functions of organization. Some of the areas where data project is helping are personalization to enhance customer experience, innovate new products to meet changing dynamic needs, provide best in class services through enhanced customer understanding, improve their marketing and sales efficiency through market sensing and demand forecasting, increase profitability by pricing analytics, reducing business downtime by predicting risks and enhance efficiency by reducing redundancies.

 

2. How can Lingaro help your company grow? What makes you believe that Lingaro has the most comprehensive data & analytics solution?

  • Today’s big problem is the availability of Data. Yes, there is lot of data available today.   • By usable data we mean data that is reliable and relatable. Bringing these usable data from various systems and co-relating it is a huge challenge in today’s world as the data is fast growing and is not restricted to data collected within the enterprise but enriched and augmented with external data such as partners and 3rd parties. Hence it is important to build a strong foundation of data management and data governance. It has to be a continuous process to keep updating and enhancing to the changing demands.
  • Most of the business users today understand the importance of data. First problem users are having is the sheer amount of data sometimes can be a daunting task for the business users to consume. Hence it is important to simply the usage of the data to driven action through design principles than just providing lot of data. Second is to upskill them through data literacy initiatives to use the ‘approved’ data to identify answers to their questions through self-service. Data Marketplace will lead to democratizing data and coupled with the right Low-Code / No-code tools can enable business users to quickly adopt the data in their work.
